Join us for a special evening at Revive Studio! Enjoy an energizing Beginners Pilates class taught by Ty, paired with a live DJ set by DJ Pica to elevate your flow.

New to pilates? Our Beginners class focuses on proper form, breath work, and alignment. Expect slow, guided movements, using the Reformer to build strength, balance and body awareness.

Clients can expect to use equipment such as: resistance band, hand weights (3lb, 4lb & 6lb), Pilates ring, ankle weights, box and/or ball.

Dj Night + Booty Pump

Join us for a special evening at Revive Studio! Enjoy an energizing Booty Pump Pilates class taught by Ty, paired with a live DJ set by DJ Pica to elevate your flow.

Lift, tone, and strengthen your lower body in this glutes, hips and legs focused Pilates class. Our Booty Pump uses targeted resistance, Reformer work, and pulsing movements to sculpt the legs and glutes while building lower-body stability. Expect a satisfying burn to lave with a signature glow.

Clients can expect to use equipment such as: resistance band, hand weights (3lb, 4lb & 6lb), Pilates ring, ankle weights, box and/or ball.

Highly recommend to avoid taking this class if you have lower body restrictions or injuries as it will be challenging to make modifications.

Sculpt and strengthen your upper body while building a powerful core foundation. Upper Body & Abs targets the arms, shoulders, back, and abs through precise Reformer sequences and controlled resistance work. You’ll leave with improved posture, balance, and tone.

For those confident with the Reformer and ready to advance their practice. Intermediate Pilates brings increased intensity, creative flows, and complex transitions designed to enhance endurance, strength, and stability. Expect a challenging yet mindful class that builds control and precision in every move. Taking at least 5-10 Beginner Plus classes are recommended before advancing to Intermediate stage.
