This group sculpt series is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move with purpose through our signature sculpt flows designed to build confidence, inner strength, and full-body endurance — all while meeting you exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates sculpt or already deep in your practice, this week is for you.
Each evening features a different signature experience:
Day 1 — Afterglow 360º Sculpt
Building Strength from the Inside, Out
Today’s session is about more than movement. It’s about creating a foundation that supports you in every part of life. As we sculpt from every angle, remember that true strength starts internally: in your mindset, your discipline, your resilience, and your willingness to keep showing up. Every controlled movement is a reminder that you are building stability, confidence, and power from the inside out. Carry that strength with you long after class ends.
Day 2 — Upper Body & Core Glow
Shifting Your Heart Posture
This workout focuses on opening, strengthening, and supporting the upper body and core. The spaces that physically hold us upright. But posture is more than how we stand; it’s how we move through life. Today is an invitation to soften what’s heavy, release what’s guarded, and shift your heart posture toward openness, trust, and confidence. Let each breath create more space for grace, courage, and self-belief.
Day 3 — Glutes & Glow Core
Releasing Stored Energy
Our bodies carry more than muscle tension. They hold stress, emotion, memories, and survival patterns. Today’s session is about activating strength while also creating space to release what no longer serves you. As you move through each exercise, imagine stagnant energy leaving the body and making room for lightness, clarity, and renewal. You do not have to carry everything forever.
Day 4 — Sweet Glow Flow
Joy Having a Habit of Returning
Today’s flow is soft, energizing, and intentional — a reminder that joy is not lost forever, even after difficult seasons. Joy has a way of returning when we make space for it, nurture ourselves, and stay open to small moments of light. Let this session reconnect you with ease, playfulness, and the sweetness of simply being present. Your glow is allowed to come back again and again.
Day 5 — Summer Body Burn
Pushing Through Hard Seasons
This final burn is about endurance. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. Hard seasons can make us question our strength, but every challenge also reveals how capable we truly are. Today, when the workout gets tough, remember that growth often happens in discomfort. You’ve already survived difficult moments before, and you are still becoming stronger because of them. Finish this week proud of the resilience you’ve built, one session at a time.
