What began as a simple act of obedience through The Young, Beautiful & Busy Network’s very first gathering has now grown into a beautiful community of women seeking to steward their faith, their bodies, and their purpose with intention.

This special anniversary edition of Pilates & Praise will bring together women from across Los Angeles for an afternoon of movement, worship, and Christ-centered encouragement. Our time together will include a 50-minute sculpt mat Pilates session, worship, a message, prayer, and intentional time for fellowship and connection.
