Dj Night + Upper Body and Abs

Join us for a special evening at Revive Studio! Enjoy an energizing Intermediate Pilates class taught by Ty, paired with a live DJ set by DJ Pica to elevate your flow.

Sculpt and strengthen your upper body while building a powerful core foundation. Upper Body & Abs targets the arms, shoulders, back, and abs through precise Reformer sequences and controlled resistance work. You’ll leave with improved posture, balance, and tone.

Clients can expect to use equipment such as: hand weights (3lb, 4lb & 6lb), Pilates ring, ankle weights, box and/or ball.

Our team highly recommends to avoid taking this class if you have upper body restrictions or injuries as it will be challenging to make modifications.
