Lift, tone, and strengthen your lower body in this glutes, hips and legs focused Pilates class. Our Booty Pump uses targeted resistance, Reformer work, and pulsing movements to sculpt the legs and glutes while building lower-body stability. Expect a satisfying burn to lave with a signature glow.
Clients can expect to use equipment such as: resistance band, hand weights (3lb, 4lb & 6lb), Pilates ring, ankle weights, box and/or ball.
Highly recommend to avoid taking this class if you have lower body restrictions or injuries as it will be challenging to make modifications.
