Power in Pause | YLOH Studio – 03.21.26

There is a quiet kind of power that exists in the pause. Not the pause that comes from stopping because we’re tired or overwhelmed, but the intentional pause. The one where we soften, where we listen, where we allow ourselves to be fully present. That was the energy that filled the room this past weekend and YLOH, a space that became so much more than just a 50 minute heated mat Pilates class by Ty.

It was a gathering. A release. A remembering.

We began in stillness, opening in prayer. And in that moment, something shifted. Walls came down. The outside world faded. What remained was a room full of strong, beautiful women choosing to show up not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Stories were shared, truths were spoken, and there was an unspoken agreement to hold one another in complete honesty and care.

Then we moved.

For 50 minutes, we flowed through a heated mat Pilates session that challenged the body while grounding the spirit. Each movement carried intention and incorporated contrology as the foundation. Each breath felt deeper. And even in the intensity, there was connection, not competition. It wasn’t about perfection or performance - rather it was about presence.

And in between it all, there were pauses. Moments to laugh. Moments to breathe together. Moments to simply knowledge that showing up is always more than enough.

The love, honesty, and courage that filled that room is something words can hardly capture. It was unmatched. My heart feels completely cracked open in the most beautiful way, and I’m still sitting with the depth of it all.

I’m so incredibly grateful to have had Wolf Afterglow be part of this experience, and to bring an Afterglow 360º Sculpt to the Selah Sisters led by Cindy Lengkong. What was created in that space felt aligned in a way that only divine timing can orchestrate. Every detail, every interaction, every shared breath, it all mattered.

A reminder that when women come together with openness and intention, something powerful happens. We heal. We expand. We return to ourselves. This experience was an unforgettable gift.

And I already can’t wait to do it again.
